The XLI AIDEA Conference was held in Milan (January 22-23, 2026) on the theme "Intelligenze Aziendali per la competitività sostenibile e il bene comune" (Business Intelligence for Sustainable Competitiveness and the Common Good).
 
 
SIDREA (Società Italiana dei Docenti di Ragioneria e di Economia Aziendale)
SIDREA is the Italian Society of Accounting and Business Administration Scholars, promoting rigorous research in accounting, auditing, public sector accounting, and management control systems.
The SIDREA National Conference typically takes place in September each year. The society also organizes specialized workshops and thematic meetings throughout the year, including sessions focused on public value accounting, sustainability reporting, and digital transformation in accounting practices.
Tor Vergata faculty members contribute actively to SIDREA research groups, particularly in areas of public sector financial management and integrated reporting.

Azienda Pubblica Workshop
The Workshop of the journal Azienda Pubblica is an annual event dedicated to emerging scholars in public management research. Organized in partnership with leading Italian universities, the workshop provides a developmental forum where doctoral students and early-career researchers present their work and receive feedback from senior scholars and journal editors.
The XII Workshop was held at Sapienza University of Rome (June 12-13, 2025) in collaboration with Tor Vergata, focusing on "Public Administration in the Digital Era: Emerging Technologies, Social Impact, and Sustainability." The workshop featured sessions dedicated to the SIDREA Research Group Co.Val.E.S. and included presentations from over 130 authors.
