Every six months (in May and NOvember), PhD students must complete and submit an activity form to the program coordinator. In the form, they report their research and teaching activities, publications, and thesis progress.
The link will be sent by e-mail. .
To fill it out, it is important to log in with your institutional email.
Once completed, save the form as a PDF and send it to your supervisor for approval.
