Every six months (in July and January), PhD students must complete and submit an activity form to the program coordinator. In the form, they report their research and teaching activities, publications, and thesis progress.
The form is available via the link on the right.
To fill it out, it is important to log in with your institutional email.
Once completed, save the form as a PDF and send it to your supervisor for approval.
