The MIMIT PhD, in order to improving the quality of the education offered and increasing its own objectives and those of the PhD students, approved the Board Commission with a board committee on 31 January 2023. This commission is made up of the following professors (part of the internal scientific board):

The Board commission met periodically twice a year, the last time on 3 July 2024 (with attached report).
In the same Board Commission on 31 January 2023 it was created a working group in order to write a rule book of MIMIT. This will support the rule book of the Atheneum. The working group is composed by the following professors (part of the internal scientific board):

The working group met on 17, 22 and 31 March 2023 as well as on 13 and 14 April and 8, 10 and 30 May 2023 and finally on 21 June 2023. The meetings were created to work on the internal regulation, which is now being examined by the collegial bodies for definitive approval.
In accordance with the PqA guidelines, the Review Group was created on 12 July 2024 (and ratified on 9 September 2024), to support the Coordinator in annual monitoring and cyclical review activities, as well as in the preparation of related documents .
