Quality System
The Academic Staff Council meets several times a year in the Seminar Room of the Department of Chemical Sciences and Technologies and prepares minutes that are available in the restricted area.
Review Group
The Review Group is composed of the Coordinator, at least two faculty members of the PhD Board, and one PhD student representative.
The Review Group supports the Coordinator in the annual monitoring and periodic review activities, as well as in the preparation of related documents. It is composed of:

• Prof. Barbara Mecheri
• PhD student representative
The Review Group prepares an annual monitoring report of the PhD Program, which is available in the Reserved Area.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is chaired by the PhD Coordinator and is composed of distinguished scholars affiliated with Italian and international universities and institutions.
Depending on the specific scientific and professional focus of the PhD Program, the Committee may include representatives from the professional and social sectors.
The Advisory Committee provides guidance and advice regarding the scientific and educational design of the PhD Program and the identification of career opportunities. Its role is particularly important during the activation phase of a new PhD Program and within the framework of the Periodic Review.

Consultations with Stakeholders
Each year, consultations are carried out with both internal and external stakeholders, through questionnaires administered via online forms or during in-person or online meetings held on digital platforms.
