Each doctoral student with a scholarship has approximately 1500 Euros per year available from Doctoral Mobility and Research Funds.
Refund request validated by the coordinator (only if made from Doctorate funds) to be delivered to the Department secretariat. If carried out using funds from another organisation, follow the organisation's procedures (authorisation request, carrying out the mission, reimbursement request)
Increase in the scholarship
For PhD students with a (university) scholarship, 50\% increase for periods of scientific collaboration abroad agreed with the supervisor and co-supervisor and authorized by the coordinator. The increase is compatible with further reimbursements from Doctoral or other Institution funds. Starting from the second year, every PhD student with a scholarship can benefit from the increase in the scholarship for three months a year. In a very exceptional case, the scholarship increase period abroad can be extended by taking advantage of funds NOT used by doctoral students of the same year of the course, eligible for the increase.
For doctoral students without a scholarship, agree with the supervisor and/or co-supervisor
the mission and reimbursement from funds available to them.

Submit requests to the coordinator, subject to favorable opinion from the supervisor and co-supervisor. Possible approval by the teaching body.

The DoV (declaration of value) of the Master's degree is required by our University only within 6 months after the enrollment but may be required by Italian consulates or embassies in order to issue the study visa.
