Please find attached the
REVISED SCHEDULE for the PhD review, based on the numerous requests I received. The review will be held from 12 to 14 October 2026 at the SEMINAR ROOM of the Industrial Engineering Department. For on-line interviews students shoudl use the link

As the timetable is particularly tight, all students are requested to strictly adhere to their assigned slot and be ready in advance, so that the review sessions can proceed without delay.
Providing that all relevant formal information should already be provided in the annual report, students may support their review with a PowerPoint presentation of no more than eight slides, structured as follows:
up to 2 slides on the motivation and research topic;
up to 4 slides on the main results obtained;
1 slide on the courses attended;
1 slide on publications and conferences.
The names of students who will give an oral presentation at the PhD Expo on October 8
th are not included in the attached schedule because the Collegium will assess their work during the presentation. Nevertheless, their annual report must still provide a complete account of all mandatory activities carried out during the year.
