Research: Cultural Diversity in Global Virtual Teams

Mariya Kargina is a Ph.D. Candidate in Cross-Cultural Management at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" (Italy). Mariya received her Master's Degree in Events Management with distinction from the University of Lincoln (Lincoln International Business School) in 2018 (United Kingdom). Mariya's main research interests are focused on organisational behaviour, cross-cultural management, cultural diversity, cultural differences, cultural intelligence, negotiations, and global virtual teams.
