MAIN RESEARCH INTERESTS
Using in “in vitro” and “in vivo” preclinical models of solid tumor (melanoma, glioblastoma, colorectal, urothelial and breast cancer) and leukemias, the research activity mainly focused on mechanisms of action and resistance of anticancer agents; immunopharmacology, pharmacological modulation of tumor cell resistance through the use of DNA repair inhibitors, anti-angiogenic agents and targeted therapies.
