PhD candidate in “Business Management and Accounting” track of the PhD in Management (XXXVIII cycle) at the Department of Management and Law, University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy). Born in Rome the 17th of February of 2000, I obtained my high school International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma in June 2017, with the achievement of a C.2.2 English level certification and a B2.1 Spanish level certification. Immediately after, in September 2017, I joined the Economics Department of Luiss Guido Carli (Rome, Italy), where I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree cum laude in July 2020 discussing a thesis entitled "Derivatives pricing with Black & Scholes formula and kick bonds". In April 2022 I obtained my Master’s Degree in "Business Administration" with specialization in Finance and Financial Markets cum laude at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, discussing a thesis entitled "Regulatory and Financial Aspects of the Grant Regime to understand the Potential of an Economic Policy". Furthermore, before joining the PhD program, I tasted the Italian and the international job market by being a financial analyst in Deloitte Italia (June 2018-October 2018) and in Deloitte Luxembourg (January 2022- June 2022). During this last experience I obtained my full ICDL certificate (M1 Computer Essentials, M2 Online Essentials, M3 Word Processing, M4 Spread sheets, M5 Using Databases, M6 Presentation, M7 Online Collaboration, M8 It Security). Working under the supervision of Professor Antonio Chirico, my current research focuses and projects are on: i) the phenomenon of private public partnerships (PPPs), ii) the study of the Italian highway sector, iii) analysis of other regulated markets, iv) tariff calculation by regulators in those markets.
