* PHD in Civil Law from the University of Valencia (la U.C .M., in March 1999, with a unanimous grade of Outstanding cum laude, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia (la Tesis ) for her thesis on "The power of unilateral withdrawal in contracts with general conditions entered into with consumers", supervised by Prof. Silvia Díaz Alabart, Professor of Civil Law.
* BACHELOR'S DEGREE in Law from the Royal and Virtuous University of Madrid (la Universidad Complutense ), 1987-1992, studied entirely in the Special Group, with a final average grade of 8.

I am a full-time Professor of Civil Law.

I am a full-time tenured professor of civil law at the UCM.
3. From 30 July 2002 to 31 January 2007: University of León
Since 30 July 2002, when I took up my post, I have been a full-time professor of civil law at the aforementioned university, teaching in the Faculties of Law and Labour Sciences.
4. September 2003-2019: Consumer Arbitration Board of the City Council of León
I have served as President of the Association, or Sole Arbitration Body, in the municipal Consumer Arbitration Board (la Junta Arbitral ) since I was nominated for the position by the City Council of León.
5. 2018/2019 academic year: Parthenope University:
Ten-day stay in November 2018 as a visiting professor, teaching doctoral students in sessions related to distance contracting, alternative dispute resolution and the New Deal on consumer protection.
6. 2014/15 academic year: Second University of Naples.
Three-month stay from October to December 2014 as a visiting professor, teaching on the Law Degree course in the subject of Private Law, taught by Prof. Carlo Venditti.
