Lorenzo Costumato received his Ph.D. in Public Management and Governance in 2022 and now is a Research Fellow at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. He is the Public and Non-Profit Management SIG programme chair at the European Academy of Management (EURAM). Since 2019, he has been a steering committee member of Tor Vergata’s Research Center on Digital Administration. Since 2020 he has collaborated with the Department for Public Administration – Italian Government. His main research interests are innovation processes in public organizations, collaborative governance, public value creation and digital transformation of the public sector.
