Research: Performance management in action: Drivers and effects of purposeful use of performance information in the public sector

Ph.D. student in Public Management and Governance at the University of Rome Tor Vergata: research activities on performance management systems and on the effective use of performance information by public managers. Junior Lecturer at SDA Bocconi School of Management: research, executive training, and support for the change processes of central and local public bodies in terms of organization and human resource management. Author of articles and working papers on performance management and strategic personnel management in Public Administration. In particular, author of the volume “The evaluation of individual performance. From research to practice”, of two chapters of the book “Reactive PA. Lessons from the pandemic for the change of public administration ", of two articles published in the international journal "Review of Public Personnel Administration". Previous work experience as a Public Administration consultant at Formez and EY. Master's degree in Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations at Bocconi University, with a semester abroad at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
